Wood WORKS! will present a program about mid-rise wood construction at the Ottawa Wood Conference on Feb. 15.
Participants can select a personalized agenda from nine available presentations to earn as many as six continuing education hours. The event includes a trade show with product specialists and industry experts
“Mid-rise wood construction is gaining ground in Ontario so we’re pleased to offer several sessions dedicated this topic,” Wood WORKS says in its announcement. “With many projects under construction and several already completed, helpful new information is becoming available for designers and builders in the Ontario market.”
The keynote international speaker, Sophie Campbell, group director and associate partner at Sheppard Robson Architects, London, England, will speak about CLT buildings in service and how they’re performing.
Registration for the Shaw Centre event, 55 Colonel By Dr., is $125 plus HST.
