Construction will resume on Elgin Street at Isabella Street in Ottawa on January 27 for the replacement of a combined sewer.
The right northbound lane on Elgin Street will be closed intermittently to facilitate construction after the morning peak period every day, according to a news release.
The work will last for approximately two months.
The Elgin Street at Isabella Street Combined Sewer Replacement Project is a $2.6 million project that will improve water and sewer services in the area. Traffic modifications will also be implemented to improve pedestrian and cycling safety.
