Qlik, a data visualization and business intelligence software company, is preparing to build a $22 million research and development lab in Ottawa focusing on developing software for cloud computing, analytics and business intelligence.
The provincial government issued a news release saying the Eastern Ontario Development Fund is providing $1.5 million in support.
The new site will be the first Qlik R&D location in Canada and is expected to be completed by December 2019.
