Boone Plumbing & Heating Supply Inc. says Michel (Mitch) Lanoy has been promoted to Senior Sales Manager, effective immediately.
“Lanoy has been a dedicated member of the Boone team for 15 years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, leadership, and a passion for building strong customer relationships,” the company said in a Nov. 22 statement.
“Throughout his tenure at Boone Plumbing & Heating Supply Inc., Mitch has shown a deep commitment to excellence in sales and customer service. His extensive knowledge of the plumbing and heating supply industry, combined with his ability to foster lasting relationships with clients, has played a key role in the company’s continued success and growth,” the statement said.
