The Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA) has scheduled its annual Hello/Goodbye event for Feb. 26, 2025.
The upcoming program at the Hellenic Event Centre focuses on housing trends from the previous year and forecasts for the current year.
“Let’s discuss trends, strategies, and opportunities that will shape the local housing industry,” says the event promotion posting on the association’s website. “Don’t miss out on this essential event designed specifically for your sales team!”
This year’s event features:
- Cheryl Rice from PMA Brethour Realty Group, to present us with the latest details on Ottawa’s Housing Market Outlook,
- David Coletto from Abacus Data, to speak on the local economic atmosphere,
- Tanya Buckley from Cardel Canada Management Ltd. to speak on her career trajectory in the housing industry
