Paul Scissons is Ottawa Construction News (OCN)’s new associate publisher. He also represents The Impact, the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA) publication, as well as Ontario Construction Report (OCR) and the Canadian Design and Construction Report (CADCR).
“Paul has worked as a business partner with Ottawa Renovates magazine for the past six years, and is taking on these extended responsibilities today (Dec. 4),” says Mark Buckshon, president of the Construction News and Report Group (CNRGP). He has established relationships with the GOHBA and the region’s architectural, engineering and construction community through the past several years, and I’m confident he will succeed at his new responsibilities.”

OCN has been published monthly since 1989, while the GOHBA Impact! commenced publication in 1991. “These publications, as well as our newer ones, have been built on enduring relationships and community connections,” Buckshon said. “Paul will continue the tradition as he innovates with new ideas and approaches to provide even greater value to advertisers and readers.”
