From this mindset, many services have been developed to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Some of these innovative value added services include our Text Us service, Express drive thru/in store pickup, after-hours pick up services, Access Accounts on Boone.ca and now expanding our Boone network with a fifth location in Ottawa’s South-West end.
Barrhaven is now home to Boone’s newest warehouse. Located at 52 Alti Place, this new location is easily accessible from Hwy 416 (Fallowfield exit). “This is yet another important add-on to our ‘Boone Everywhere’ concept that will provide contractors with easy access to supplies in an area that is undergoing major development in addition to serving neighbouring communities in and around the 416 corridor,” says Marco Belanger, Operations Manager for Boone. “This fully stocked location will provide the same level of service that customers have come to expect and will cut significant travel time when material is needed so they can get back to their job sites quickly,” explains Belanger.
Experienced “Booner” Michael Walt has been appointed as the location Branch Manager and will oversee the day-to-day operations of this new facility.
