The deadline is approaching for the spring issue of Ottawa Renovates magazine, published in co-operation with the GOHBA Renovators’ Council.

Total circulation is 35,000 – including 30,000 distributed with the Ottawa Citizen in neighbourhoods recommended by the renovators’ council.

“Advertisers have told us how this magazine has real ‘shelf-life,” says Brian Warren, who co-ordinates sales with Paul Scissons.  “Homeowners contemplating projects keep the magazine for months, even years – and call when they are ready to start their projects.”

Renovators must be members of the GOHBA Renovators’ Council and have Renomark certification to advertise in the magazine.  This fact has helped attract several new members to the association and the GOHBA Renovators Council.

“The magazine sets GOHBA renovator members apart from the crowd, and advertisers can enhance and build on this positive perception with their own messages,” Warren said. “The focused content and readership means you are communicating with individuals most likely to be interested in your services.”

For information about participating in the spring and fall 2013 issues, please call Warren at (613) 277-2257 or Scissons at (613) 818-0106, or email sales@ottawarenovates.com. The deadline is March 1, 2013.
