Pezoulas says Labour Ready’s 24/7 messaging service ensures a responsiveness many agencies are not able to deliver. “We can provide 300 workers with 24 hour notice as we did with Cirque do Soleil last year, or we can fill one vacant spot through a call at midnight.”
