Codeau Building plans to build a 16-storey condominium tower in Ottawa.
In its zoning amendment application, the developer requested the city to change zoning for a property on Rideau Street for the new building.
The property is located at the north east corner of Rideau Street and Cobourg Street.
The building would have ground floor retail and office uses and underground parking to serve the entire building.
The proposal calls for 100 apartment units, 600 square metre of office uses, 120 square metre of retail uses, 142 square metre of restaurant uses and three floors of underground parking.
